With rapid urbanization, the number of rental properties continues to rise in African capitals such as Abidjan, Dakar, Lomé, Yaoundé, and Kinshasa. Yet, most real estate agencies still operate with outdated tools: paper notebooks, Excel sheets, scattered phone calls, and so on.
This manual approach hampers agency performance, frustrates tenants, and slows down the sector’s evolution.

The Solution

Cedihome is a complete digital platform designed to meet the realities of real estate professionals in Africa. It enables:

  • Centralized tenant management : customer profiles, rent history, digitized contracts;
  • Payment management : automatic rent due notifications, reminders, payment tracking, integration with Mobile Money and bank transfers;
  • Maintenance request tracking : tenants can report incidents via the app, agents receive alerts, and follow up until resolution;
  • Targeted communication : send personalized messages to a specific tenant, building, or all occupants (information, reminders, work notices).


All of this is accessible via mobile and web, with a quick onboarding process—even for teams with limited technical skills.
