With a growing number of partners and transactions, Magellan Transit was facing increasingly complex management of administrative documents. The project’s goals were to:

• Simplify the coordination of import and export administrative documents between Magellan Transit, its suppliers, and its clients.
• Provide real-time vehicle tracking for better visibility over goods transportation.
• Digitize the entire process, replacing manual exchanges and paper files with a fully digital solution.

We developed a two-pronged solution:

1. Web Administration Dashboard :
   A comprehensive and intuitive tool for Magellan Transit, enabling them to:

   • Centralize the management of all documents related to imports and exports.
   • Monitor document workflows and ensure quick validation for transactions.
   • Communicate efficiently with suppliers and clientsby sharing relevant information in real time.

2. Mobile Applications for Android and iOS :
   Applications designed for Magellan Transit’s suppliers and clients, featuring:

   • Document management : Upload, view, and validate documents directly from a smartphone.
   • Real-time vehicle tracking : View truck and transport vehicle routes, with live location updates.
   • Automated notifications : Alerts for pending document validations or vehicle tracking updates.
